Hi, I’m Nicholas Cepeda, the founder of Creede Accounting. I started this firm with a simple mission: to bring clarity, accuracy, and trustworthy financial support to small businesses, HOAs, and organizations across Colorado and the Central Coast.
With experience as a Controller, payroll specialist, municipal finance professional, and HOA accountant, I’ve worked inside the systems that many business owners and community boards struggle with every day. I’ve managed everything from month-end closes and payroll compliance to HOA financial packages, nonprofit reporting, and complex account cleanups. Those experiences showed me how much stress and uncertainty can come from inaccurate books, slow communication, or outdated processes.
